I ordered photo prints, but haven't received them yet!

Photos are printed and shipped by our printing partner, Pwinty.com.
Pwinty is located in the UK, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your photos to arrive.

How do I delete my account?

We currently don't have a function to "delete" an account, however there are some steps you can do to essentially achieve the same thing.
   1. Go to the "My Account" page, go into each of your collages, and delete them.
  2. Unlink all your connected accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
  3. Change your name and email address to something bogus.

I'm trying to create a collage, but it isn't working!

Picisto requires modern web browsers to function properly. If you are using an older browser, there may be issues. Try upgrading your browser to the latest version. If that doesn't work, let us know what browser and operating system version you are using, and we'll look into it for you.
